• Lolprint is not responsible for delays caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Since all gifts are personalized, returns or replacements are only accepted in case of damaged or incorrect items.
• Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery for any issues.
